Orders & payments.
Musthavvy runs on Shopify. Shopify helps us operate the webshop, checkout, payments, customer accounts and order management.

Customer accounts & returns.
If you use a customer account or start a return online, your account, order and return information is used so you can securely access the right order and submit or follow your request.

Email marketing.
We use Shopify Email to send newsletters and shop updates. Marketing emails are only sent where you’ve chosen to receive them, and every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe.

We don’t sell your personal information. We do use services that help us run Musthavvy, process orders and provide website features.

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the reason it was collected, including fulfilling orders, providing support, keeping required business and tax records, resolving disputes and meeting legal obligations.

Different types of information can have different retention periods, so there isn’t one single expiry date for everything.

Depending on the privacy rules that apply to you, you may have rights over your personal information, including asking to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, restricting or objecting to certain uses, and withdrawing consent where processing is based on consent.

You can unsubscribe from Musthavvy marketing at any time using the link in a marketing email.
