These Terms & Conditions apply to orders placed through the Musthavvy webshop and to the agreement between Musthavvy and the customer once an order has been accepted.

Before placing an order, you can view these terms on the website. By completing checkout, you confirm that you have had the opportunity to read them.

We do our best to describe and show our products as accurately as possible. Small differences in colour, packaging or appearance may occur depending on screens, materials or handmade details.

Products are offered while stocks last. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we’ll contact you and arrange a suitable solution or refund.

Obvious pricing mistakes, technical errors or clear mistakes in product information do not bind Musthavvy. If we discover an issue with an order, we’ll contact you before processing it further.

Product prices are shown including VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown separately and are confirmed before you complete checkout.

Payments are processed through Shopify’s checkout and payment infrastructure. The payment methods available to you are the methods shown during checkout at the time of your order.

Once your order has been confirmed, later price changes do not affect that order.

Orders are prepared and shipped according to the processing and delivery information shown on our Shipping page. The delivery address entered at checkout is used for your order, so please check it carefully before completing payment.

If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

Delivery delays can happen outside our control. If there is a serious issue with your parcel, contact us and we’ll look into it with the carrier.

For products that qualify for the standard return right, you can let us know within 14 days after receiving your order. You then follow the return instructions shown through our online return process.

Return shipping for a regular return is normally paid by the customer. Returned items should be unused, complete and handled with care.

Refunds are processed according to the conditions that apply to the returned item. More detail is available on our Returns page.

A Blind Date With a Book is individually selected and prepared using the information provided through the Matchmaker, including reading preferences and the reading list supplied with the order.

Mini Books can be offered in different designs, covers or quantities. The options available at the time of ordering are shown on the product page.

The total price depends on the choices you make, including quantity and any available volume pricing. The final price is shown before checkout.

Where a Mini Book is produced or personalised according to choices made for your order, special return conditions may apply. These will be clearly stated before purchase where relevant.

Products should match the description and be suitable for normal use. If something arrives damaged, incomplete or clearly incorrect, contact us so we can look at what happened and arrange an appropriate solution.

Your legal rights as a consumer are not limited by these Terms & Conditions.

Customer accounts, wishlists, return features and other website tools are provided to make shopping easier. Availability or functionality may change as the webshop develops.

You are responsible for using your account and email access securely.

The Musthavvy name, branding, website content, product designs, graphics, written copy and original creative materials may not be copied, reproduced, resold or used commercially without permission.

If you have a complaint about an order, product or service, please contact us and describe the issue as clearly as possible. We’ll review it and respond within a reasonable time.

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy & Cookies information and Shopify’s underlying privacy infrastructure.

We may update these Terms & Conditions when Musthavvy changes, when products or services change, or when legal requirements require an update. The latest version will always be published on the website.

If part of these terms cannot legally be enforced, the remaining parts continue to apply.
