HOW RETURNS WORK
A simple way back to us.
If something isn’t quite right, start your return within 14 days after receiving your order. You can do everything online from your order overview.
Start your return online.
Open the return portal and sign in using the email address connected to your order. Your eligible order will appear there automatically.
Choose what’s going back.
Select the item or items you’d like to return, choose a return reason and add a note if there’s anything you’d like us to know.
Pack it with care.
Items should be returned unused, complete and in a condition that allows them to be sold again. Please pack everything carefully and avoid writing or placing shipping labels directly on product packaging.
Send it back.
Return shipping is at your own cost and risk. Follow the return instructions shown after your request has been submitted. We’re unable to collect return parcels from pickup points.
We’ll take it from there.
Once your return arrives, we’ll check it and process the applicable refund or store credit. You’ll receive an update when your return has been handled.

BLIND DATE WITH A BOOK
A match made for you.
A Blind Date isn’t picked from a random pile. Your match is individually selected and prepared around the information you share through the Matchmaker, including your reading preferences and reading list.
An unread, unused and complete Blind Date can be returned under the Musthavvy Blind Date return conditions.
If a title wasn’t included in the reading information supplied with your order, we can’t treat receiving that title as an incorrect duplicate match.
Accepted Blind Date returns are handled as Musthavvy store credit because each match is individually selected and prepared for that order.
SOMETHING NOT QUITE RIGHT?
Damaged or wrong order?
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or you receive the wrong item, please contact us before starting a regular return. We’ll look at what happened and arrange the right solution with you.
REFUNDS
Once it’s back with us.
We’ll check your return when it arrives and then process the right refund for that order. Here’s what that means in practice.
Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method after the return has been received and checked.
Accepted Blind Date With a Book returns are refunded as Musthavvy store credit under the Blind Date return conditions.
The cost of sending a regular return back to Musthavvy is paid by the customer.
Where applicable, the original standard delivery cost is included in the refund according to the return conditions for the order.
