Every order is prepared with care before it makes its way to you. Here you’ll find everything you need to know about processing, delivery and tracking.
Processing time is separate from the estimated delivery time.
01 / PROCESSING
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Some Musthavvy products are ready to ship, while others are prepared especially for your order.
Good to know: delivery time starts after processing.
02 / THE NETHERLANDS
Shipping within the Netherlands costs €4.95.
Depending on the size of your order, it may be sent as a tracked letterbox parcel or as a regular parcel.
Once handed over to PostNL, delivery usually takes approximately 1–2 business days.
All Musthavvy orders include Track & Trace.
03 / DELIVERY OPTIONS
Where available, you may be able to choose home delivery, a PostNL location or a parcel locker during checkout.
Choosing a different delivery location does not change the shipping price.
04 / INTERNATIONAL
We ship to selected countries within Europe.
International shipping costs depend on your destination and the weight of your order. The exact price is shown during checkout.
Delivery times vary by destination and are estimated by PostNL.
International orders are always sent with Track & Trace.
TRACKING
As soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow your parcel on its way to you. For international orders, tracking may also be updated by the local delivery partner in the destination country.
GOOD TO KNOW
The delivery estimate starts after your order has been processed. During particularly busy periods, delivery may take a little longer.
